The Role

• Identify, estimate, propose, and close service-based project opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
• Focus on specialized service projects, including equipment replacements, system upgrades, and code compliance modifications.
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
• Collaborate with field technicians to identify client needs and potential project work.
• Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and detailed proposals for service projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC/R or mechanical construction service industry.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and retrofit project solutions.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency with estimating tools, MS Office Suite, and CRM systems.
