The Role

• Manage and schedule workshop tasks to ensure high service quality.
• Prepare cost estimates and accept customer orders, providing technical advice.
• Allocate and monitor mechanic work times, overseeing order processing and billing.
• Lead, guide, and support workshop staff in their tasks, including end-of-line vehicle inspections.
• Perform complex repair and maintenance work on commercial vehicle electrics.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed Meister (Master Craftsman) qualification in the automotive sector, preferably commercial vehicles.
• Experience in a leadership role within a workshop environment is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and ESA systems.
• Independent, customer-oriented, and highly motivated work ethic.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Driving license Class CE.
