Legal Counsel - FS Regulatory - Investor

Novus Executives are partnering with a global investor who are looking to add an experienced financial services regulatory lawyer to their legal team in the UAE.

With multiple strategies this investor focusses on a broad array of sectors and although this position is based in the UAE, their activity extends across global markets, especially the US.

You will have the opportunity provide regulatory support across multiple jurisdictions.

To be considered for the role you must be:

1. Common Law Qualified
2. 4-8 PQE
3. Experience from a top tier US/Magic Circle/Silver Circle law firm's FS Regulatory practice

Would be seen as beneficial:

1. Inhouse experience with an investor/asset manager (including a secondment)
2. FDI experience
