The Role • Drive store and personal sales to meet and exceed goals and performance standards. • Assist in training and developing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback. • Oversee daily store operations and loss prevention practices, especially in management's absence. • Ensure all opening and closing duties are performed according to company policy. • Foster a fun, full-service customer experience, effectively resolving any customer issues. • Communicate all store needs clearly to store management.
