Network Operations Center Analyst with Security Clearance

We're seeking a motivated Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join a team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly available production systems supporting users across the globe. What You'll Do
Monitor enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure to identify and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance issues. Serve as the first line of support for critical production environments, helping ensure system reliability and uptime. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while escalating complex problems when necessary. Support software deployments, system updates, and patch management activities. Collaborate with engineering and development teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Provide technical support to geographically dispersed end users. Review logs, system health indicators, and operational metrics to identify trends and potential issues. Perform user administration and access management tasks. Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures to support continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems. Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to react effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others.

Preferred Qualifications
DoD 8570-compliant certification such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent. Experience in technical support, help desk, systems administration, network operations, or IT operations environments. Military IT experience, including roles such as Information Technology Specialist (25B) or comparable technical experience, is highly valued. Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and enterprise-level IT environments.

Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance or higher
