The Role

• Extract specific feature data for airfield infrastructure from imagery sources according to detailed specifications.
• Perform feature analysis, validation, and product finishing using ESRI ArcGIS and other geospatial tools.
• Update and debug Python and VBA scripting for data processing and product development.
• Interact with and manipulate geospatial databases, including SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Support data entry and metrics tracking using Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the data and product lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of GEOINT experience, with educational substitutions considered.
• Basic knowledge of airfield infrastructures (taxiways, runways, navigational aids, etc.) for product creation.
• 1+ years of experience in feature collection, validation, and finishing.
• Experience with Python, VBA, Sybase, Oracle, Oracle Spatial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
• Familiarity with geospatial principles, coordinate systems, and elevation models.
• Proficient in XML understanding, reading, and writing.
