job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the product strategy and execution for a key enterprise initiative in Carmel, IN. In this hybrid role, you will champion a human-centered design approach to transform complex customer needs into clear, scalable product roadmaps. You will act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and agile development teams to ensure high-impact delivery.

responsibilities:

• Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with core business strategies.
• Lead independent solution discovery to clarify ambiguous project goals and define clear deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to foster transparent communication and rapid iteration.
• Apply business process analysis and Agile best practices to continuously optimize product outcomes.

qualifications:

6+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.

Proven track record of driving solution discovery independently within fast-paced, complex environments.

Strong ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and convert them into detailed user stories and roadmaps.

Local to Carmel/Indianapolis, IN area with availability to work on-site 40-60% of the time.

Valid working visa / legal work authorization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Practical experience using GenAI tools to streamline product management tasks.

Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Advanced expertise in Business Process Analysis and Agile Development Methodologies (ADM).
