Job Description:

• ·         Mandatory skills required - 8 to 10 years SAP PPDS and iPPE experience.
• ·         Worked with Auto Industry Process preferred
• ·         Analyze business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing

• ·         Business Process Integration
• ·         Work closely with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and plant stakeholders to understand current-state processes and future business requirements.
• ·         Review SAP S/4HANA business process designs and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• ·         Bridge communication between business stakeholders and the SAP functional/system integration teams.
• ·         SAP PP/DS & PP Solution Support
• ·         Provide functional expertise across SAP PP/DS and PP processes, including MRP, production planning, production execution, capacity planning, discrete/repetitive manufacturing, and production master data.
• ·         Support PP/DS processes related to detailed scheduling, resource and component availability, heuristics, planning runs and planning-board-based scheduling. SAP describes PP/DS as supporting procurement proposals, detailed resource scheduling, production planning runs, interactive planning, and optimization.
• ·         Support configuration validation and identify functional gaps or required enhancements.
• ·         Requirements & Design
• ·         Conduct business workshops to gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements.
• ·         Translate manufacturing requirements into functional requirements and work with SAP functional and technical teams on solution realization.
• ·         Prepare/review functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, conversions, and forms where required.
• ·         Production Master Data
• ·         Support definition and validation of production master data including materials, BOMs, routings, work centers/resources, production versions and relevant PP/DS planning data.
• ·         Coordinate with business and data teams to ensure planning master data is complete and ready for testing and deployment.
• ·         Cross-Functional Integration
• ·         Validate end-to-end integration of PP/DS and PP with Procurement/MM, Sales, Finance,
• ·         Inventory, Quality, EWM/Warehouse processes and other supply-chain solutions as applicable.
• ·         Identify integration gaps and coordinate resolution across functional teams. Cross-functional PP integration is also explicitly called out in the existing internal role definition.
• ·         Testing & Defect Management
• ·         Develop/review business scenarios and test cases covering end-to-end production planning and execution.
• ·         Participate in functional, integration and user acceptance testing.
  Analyze defects, coordinate with implementation teams, validate fixes and support business sign-off.
• ·         Data Migration & Validation
• ·         Support production master-data mapping, cleansing, migration and validation.
• ·         Validate migrated data and associated business processes during mock conversions and cutover cycles.
• ·         Business Readiness & Training
• ·         Develop business process documentation, job aids and training materials.
• ·         Conduct SAP S/4HANA PP/DS and PP process familiarization and training for business users.
  Support business users through testing, deployment and post-go-live adoption. This aligns directly with the Business Integrator scope found in your internal material, including product awareness, UAT, training, data migration and change-management support.
• ·         Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare
• ·         Support cutover planning and business readiness activities for PP/DS and PP.
• ·         Assist with production validation, planning runs and critical business-process checks during deployment.
• ·         Provide post-go-live/hypercare support and coordinate resolution of business-critical issues.
• ·         Stakeholder & Change Management
• ·         Coordinate with business SMEs, plant users, SAP functional consultants, technical teams and the System Integrator.
• ·         Communicate status, risks, dependencies and business decisions to relevant stakeholders.
• ·         Support organizational change-management activities and capture lessons learned during implementation.
  Required Skills
• ·         Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and PP/DS
• ·         Good understanding of MRP, production orders, capacity planning, BOM, routing, work centers/resources and production versions
• ·         Experience with Detailed Scheduling, heuristics, planning strategies and production planning runs
• ·         Understanding of PP/DS and PP integration
• ·         Strong cross-functional understanding of manufacturing and supply-chain processes
• ·         Experience in SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation
• ·         Experience conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, testing, UAT, training and deployment support
• ·         Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
  Manufacturing/Automotive industry knowledge is highly desirable
