Quick Overview
Job Description
About the Company
This company operates in the talent mobility space, addressing one of Europe’s most pressing challenges: the chronic shortage of qualified nursing staff. It develops AI-powered tools that help international nurses integrate faster, document more efficiently, and deliver higher-quality care – reducing the burden on healthcare facilities while enabling nurses to work with confidence from day one.
Its flagship product is an AI-driven, speech-based, audit-proof documentation platform designed for care facilities. Nurses can update electronic health records (EHR) through a single voice input in their native language, while the system automatically converts speech into medically compliant German documentation in real time. The platform integrates with leading EHR systems such as Medifox, Vivendi, and Orbis, and is fully GDPR-compliant, with servers hosted in Germany.
In addition, the product portfolio includes a learning platform that prepares international nurses for the Kenntnisprüfung and accelerates onboarding into German care workflows, as well as an always-on AI assistant that supports clinical, documentation, and language-related questions in real time. Together, these tools cover the full journey: learn, ask, act.
