The Role

• Develop needs-based care plans for residents.
• Provide care and support through a relationship-based approach.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and contribute to quality management.
• Facilitate social interactions for residents and actively shape the living environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or hospital nurse).
• Ideally, prior professional experience in various nursing settings.
• Familiarity with computerized nursing documentation systems, or a willingness to learn.
