Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Finance, ERP, Salesforce, and SaaS/subscription business models.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of end-to-end commercial and financial processes, including Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Financial Reporting.
This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering, IT, and GTM teams to define product strategy, prioritize capabilities, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable solutions across Salesforce and ERP ecosystems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for O2C/Q2C capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Invoicing, Collections, Revenue Recognition, and Finance operations.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, GTM, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into product solutions.
  • Define and prioritize epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Drive improvements to end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Work extensively with Salesforce CRM / CPQ / Billing / Revenue Management and ERP platforms.
  • Understand integrations between Salesforce, ERP, billing, subscription management, payment, and finance systems.
  • Support and optimize subscription-based/SaaS business models, including recurring revenue, renewals, amendments, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and usage-based billing.

 
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
  • Strong hands-on/domain experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud/Revenue Management, or related capabilities.
  • Experience working in a subscription/SaaS/software industry.
  • Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management, recurring revenue, renewals, amendments, billing, and revenue operations.
  • Experience with GTM / Go-to-Market processes and commercial operations.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between Sales, CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, ERP, and Finance.
