<>Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst to support and enhance enterprise maintenance and asset management processes within a large manufacturing, industrial, utilities, or energy-focused environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP PM and MM, business process analysis, system configuration, and cross-functional integration across SAP and third-party applications.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve asset reliability and maintenance processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Configure and enhance SAP PM functionality including preventive maintenance, work orders, notifications, equipment, functional locations, and asset management processes.
• Support integration between SAP PM and related SAP modules including MM, Finance, Controlling, Project Systems, Warehouse Management, and reporting platforms.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate SAP with custom-developed and SaaS applications.
• Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and support resources.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams to deliver optimal business solutions.

<>Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, SAP Business Analyst, or SAP PM Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Experience with SAP PM configuration and maintenance process optimization.
• Knowledge of integrated SAP solutions including PM, MM, FI, CO, PS, WM, BW, and related maintenance systems.
• 4+ years of experience leading projects, teams, or functional workstreams with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

<>Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, industrial operations, energy, utilities, or similar asset-intensive environments.
• Prior maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party enterprise platforms and cloud-based applications.
• Exposure to enterprise maintenance management solutions and operational technology environments.
• SAP certification is a plus.
