Key Responsibilities
Present competitive financing and leasing options, vehicle protection products, and service contracts to customers. Maintain strong, professional relationships with primary and secondary lenders to secure deal approvals. Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local financial and legal regulations. Coordinate seamlessly with the sales team to maintain a smooth, efficient transition from sales to finance. Manage accurate deal structuring, contract execution, and timely funding processing.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager). Strong communication, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I menu software. Compensation & Benefits
