Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to support our Omni Channel Experience team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, digital experience, UX design, product development, and release management.

The candidate will lead cross-functional UX, Product, and Engineering teams, coordinate multiple related projects, manage budgets, track delivery metrics, and communicate program status and risks to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Release Management: Develop and prioritize user stories, manage product roadmaps, and coordinate releases for UX and Digital Experience initiatives.

• Agile Team Leadership: Lead one or more Agile teams, facilitate Scrum practices, mentor Scrum Masters, remove impediments, and promote Agile/Lean methodologies.

• Project Governance: Manage multiple related projects, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Tools & Collaboration: Manage JIRA and Confluence boards, maintain project documentation, and ensure transparency across teams.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and complex technical concepts to senior leadership and executives; facilitate planning and decision-making.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor delivery metrics, quality, team performance, and feedback to improve processes and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Information Technology, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of Agile project management experience, including hands-on participation in Agile teams.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional UX, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Experience managing budgets and reporting on large-scale initiatives of $1M+ annually.

• Strong expertise in JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, user stories, and digital experience initiatives.

• Excellent communication, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Relevant certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
