Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant to join our supply chain planning team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, and a strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, and scenario modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop, and deploy solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and supply chain analytics within Rapid Response
• Integrate Rapid Response with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, performance, or system configuration
• Recommend improvements to supply chain processes using Kinaxis capabilities

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning (demand/supply/inventory)
• Experience with data integration tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS)
• Good knowledge of Agile or SDLC project methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kinaxis Rapid Response certification
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, pharma, or consumer goods
• Familiarity with scripting and automation within Kinaxis

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
