Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (PT) | Part-time to Full-time | Outpatient | 9899 E Bankhead Hwy, Ste 500, Aledo, TX 76008
At Woerner Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will deliver life-changing care to individuals experiencing pelvic dysfunction while advancing your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position will be split between our Aledo and Weatherford outpatient clinics, offering the opportunity to build expertise in pelvic health while maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload.
Whether you're an experienced pelvic health provider or a new grad with a strong interest in the specialty, this position offers mentorship, continuing education, and a welcoming clinical team to help you grow.
Your Role:
- Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions
- Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed
- Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule
- Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools
- Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Specialized training in pelvic floor therapy (e.g., coursework, certifications) is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply
