Job Description

 
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to join a critical Public Health Data Modernization project. In this role, you will help design, enhance, and secure mission-critical applications handling sensitive healthcare and vital records data.
 
Location: Richmond, VA
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 5 days/week for the first 30 days, transitioning to 3 days/week onsite based on performance)
 
Interview Mode: In-Person or Remote
 
Shift: EST
 
Key Required Skills & Experience
  • Oracle APEX: 5+ years building and scaling enterprise web applications
  • SQL & PL/SQL: 5+ years writing, optimizing, and developing complex database routines
  • Oracle Database (11g/18c/19c): 5+ years of hands-on experience
  • Frontend Web Development: 5+ years of JavaScript or jQuery experience
Bonus Skills (Desired)
  • RESTful and SOAP Web Services integration
  • Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit
  • Experience working with sensitive data (PII / PHI / HIPAA compliance)
Mandatory Position Requirements
  • Must physically reside and work within the US for the duration of the role.
  • Must be willing to commit to the initial 30-day full onsite schedule in Richmond, VA.
