Job description

Technology Delivery Lead | Newcastle | Hybrid

I'm currently looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to join a major technology transformation team in Newcastle.

The role:

You'll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple technology projects, working with stakeholders across complex environments and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You'll play a key role in improving delivery processes, monitoring performance and ensuring teams are working effectively using modern Agile and DevOps practices.

What they're looking for:

? Strong experience managing multiple technology projects and complex stakeholder relationships

? Extensive knowledge of Agile delivery, ideally at scale

? Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving delivery performance

? Understanding of DevOps and modern technology delivery models

? Strong communication, planning and reporting skills

? Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira

? A proactive approach to identifying and implementing continuous improvements

Desirable experience:

  • Agile certifications
  • Public sector or healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with GDS principles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

This could suit someone currently working as a Technology Delivery Lead, Senior Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead or Technical Delivery Manager.
