The Role You'll be responsible for: -Delivering structural designs from concept through to completion -Producing calculations using steel, concrete, timber and masonry -Managing your own projects and liaising directly with clients -Mentoring Graduate and Intermediate Engineers -Working closely with architects and multidisciplinary design teams -Attending design and client meetings -Supporting business development where appropriate About You We're interested in speaking with engineers who have: -5+ years' structural engineering experience -Experience designing buildings in the UK -Strong knowledge of Eurocodes -Experience using software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot or similar -Excellent communication skills -Progress towards Chartership (or already Chartered) Why This Opportunity? -This isn't a business where you'll spend years waiting for promotion. -The Leeds office continues to grow, creating genuine opportunities to progress into senior leadership while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced engineers. -If you're looking for technically interesting projects, excellent mentoring, flexible working and a long-term career path, this is a fantastic opportunity.
