Hiring: Functional Test Automation Lead

Pay Rate: $60/hr C2C

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Automation Lead with strong SAP Oil & Gas domain knowledge and UiPath test automation expertise. The candidate will review automated test cases, validate business processes, ensure automation quality, and lead automation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate automated test cases and UiPath workflows for accuracy.

• Ensure test automation matches SAP Oil & Gas business requirements.

• Identify test coverage gaps and establish automation quality standards.

• Validate end-to-end SAP processes, data flows, inventory, pricing, and financial postings.

• Lead automation engineers and collaborate with SAP functional teams.

• Support regression testing, releases, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations.

Required Skills

• Strong SAP Oil & Gas knowledge, especially downstream processes such as HPM, TSW, Transportation & Distribution, Pricing, and Inventory.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite (Studio, Test Manager, and Orchestrator).

• Strong knowledge of SAP testing, test automation frameworks, test data, and defect management.

• Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Solution Manager.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall SAP testing, QA, or functional delivery experience.

• 5+ years of SAP Oil & Gas experience.

• 5+ years of test automation experience, including 3+ years leading teams or automation reviews.

• Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, or S/4HANA transformation programs.

Preferred: Experience with Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, SAP CBTA, or Selenium.
