The Role

• Provide advanced monitoring and nursing care for postoperative and acutely deteriorating surgical patients.
• Perform specialized IMC nursing interventions, including monitoring, mobilization, infusion therapy, and wound/pain management.
• Collaborate in interprofessional therapy planning and participate in structured shift handovers.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and foster close collaboration with the medical team.
• Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a licensed nurse with a valid professional license.
• Experience in an acute or intensive care setting is advantageous.
• Demonstrable interest in IMC nursing and a commitment to professional development.
• Strong team spirit, engagement, and a sense of responsibility.
• For international applicants: Minimum B2 level German language proficiency and recognition of foreign professional qualifications for Saxony.
