You will play a crucial role in a local hospital setting, leveraging your financial acumen to drive success. The Role • Lead the accounting and financial operations for a hospital. • Manage all aspects of the accounting system, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger. • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgets, and state financial filings. • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency. • Participate in key hospital committees and governance boards. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of five years of experience in hospital accounting or financial management. • Strong understanding of financial management principles, analysis techniques, and managerial skills. • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. • Expertise in revenue and expense management, contract negotiation, and labor management. • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a robust internal control environment.
