The Opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative:

Our Outside Sales Representatives meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes. We provide warm, pre-scheduled appointments, so you can focus on selling—not cold calling or knocking on doors.

This is a 100% commission opportunity with earning potential of $120,000–$300,000+ annually. Our top performers regularly earn $300,000+.

No previous home-improvement experience is required. We provide extensive paid training, hands-on field experience, and ongoing coaching and support to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
• Build relationships and understand each customer's needs
• Present solutions and close sales
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records
• Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity

We're looking for people who are:

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people

• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Previous sales or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required—if you’re teachable and driven, we’ll train you!
