Business Transformation Manager
Rate - 500 (A day)
Location - London (Hybrid)
Duration - 3 Months (Initially)
Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the transformation and change approach for the programme.
- Assess business impacts and support the design of future ways of working.
- Support the definition and implementation of the target operating model, including roles, responsibilities and service ownership.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Develop communication, engagement and adoption plans.
- Support training readiness and business transition activities.
- Define and support the tracking of business benefits and outcomes.
- Work closely with project, business and supplier teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Support organisational readiness and operational transition planning.
About You
- Proven experience delivering business transformation and organisational change initiatives.
- Experience defining and implementing operating model and process improvements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Experience developing change, communication and adoption strategies.
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes while working collaboratively across project and business teams.
- Experience supporting technology-enabled business change programmes.
Desirable Experience
- Higher Education sector experience.
- Experience supporting SaaS implementation programmes.
- Experience in benefits realisation and performance measurement.
- Experience in service transformation, operational readiness or business process redesign.
- Experience working within customer-facing or service delivery environments.
