Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced SAP Basis Administrator for an onsite engagement with NTT Data in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of SAP Basis expertise along with hands-on delivery management experience, capable of leading technical delivery while managing day-to-day SAP Basis operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support SAP Basis environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching
• Manage system performance, transport management, and landscape architecture across SAP modules
• Lead delivery management activities coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for SAP Basis projects
• Handle SAP security, user administration, and authorization management
• Perform system refreshes, backups, disaster recovery planning, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, infrastructure) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage vendor and client relationships as part of overall delivery oversight

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience
• Proven delivery management experience leading SAP Basis engagements or teams
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA Basis, database administration (HANA/Oracle/DB2), and OS platforms
• Experience with SAP landscape management, transport systems, and system upgrades/migrations
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA
