Cross Domain Systems Engineer, Senior | Washington, DC, United States | Hybrid | $86,800.00 - $198,000.00 We're hiring on behalf of a premier professional services firm renowned for its dedication to national security and technological innovation. You'll join a collaborative team focused on developing and deploying cutting-edge digital solutions that have a tangible impact. The Role • Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions. • Engage with customers to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements. • Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements. • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, testing, and fielding. • Support system accreditation processes using the Risk Management Framework. • Plan and implement cross-domain data flows, including defining and validating data handling policies. What You'll Need • Experience developing requirements, including capability, system-level, hardware, software, and interface requirements, user stories, or use cases. • Experience creating technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment efforts. • Proficiency with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow. • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation. • Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk tracking. • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree. • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date.
