This employer is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Master Technician to join a modern, well-equipped workshop. This is a direct hire opportunity with a reputable company in the automotive sector, offering a chance to take on a leadership role and contribute to a dynamic team.

The Role

• Lead and mentor the workshop team, coordinating schedules and training apprentices.
• Engage in hands-on mechanical work, from general repairs to complex troubleshooting.
• Perform systematic diagnostics and repairs on advanced electrical, sensor, and driver-assistance systems.
• Ensure quality control for maintenance tasks, adhering to manufacturer specifications and managing express service operations.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed Master Craftsman examination in Automotive Technology or a comparable qualification.
• Solid foundational skills from a completed apprenticeship (e.g., Automotive Mechatronics, Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Electrician, or Motorcycle Mechanic).
• Preferably hold advanced certifications (e.g., High Voltage Level 2S, Airbag, Refrigerant Handling, or Roadworthiness Inspection authorization).
• Excellent German language proficiency for customer interaction and team leadership.
• Proven leadership capabilities, assertiveness, and a structured, reliable work approach.
