Data Engineer Guidewire

Looking for a Data Engineer with experience building scalable data solutions in the insurance industry.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Data Engineering background

• Experience working with Guidewire data (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or related insurance platforms)

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience

• Expertise with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Spark, and modern cloud data platforms

• Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

• Knowledge of data warehousing, Delta Lakehouse, and enterprise data integration

• Exposure to AI, analytics, metadata management, or data governance is a plus

What you'll do:

• Build and optimize enterprise data pipelines

• Design scalable data models and datasets

• Support analytics and AI-driven initiatives

• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data solutions

• Improve data quality, governance, and performance

• Troubleshoot complex data issues and drive continuous improvements
