We are seeking additions to our team that are looking to enhance their recruitment careers beyond their current limitations.

In previous experience we are looking for

Proven ability to convert new business leads in to Blue Arrow clients

A portfolio of clients that have been personally converted, retained and developed

An ability to build a client from inception to year on year growth, and open up additional departments

Consultative & solution based thinking

Someone who can build meaningful, trusted business partnerships

Has long term and strategic thinking

Someone wanting to develop their own team

An ability to manage multiple clients at a time

A desire to be a high performer and keep pushing for more

Someone who can inspire & mentor trainee and inexperienced staff

A calm persona when there is pressure or stressful situations

A leader in exemplary customer service

We are very open to sectors & client type experience, whether that be in temporary or permanent recruitment

What are we offering

Salary between 28,000 to 33,000 depending on experience

Quarterly salary review after 1st year - based on financial performance

Uncapped & leading commission structure
