The Role • Define and execute the AI strategy for Lead to Cash capabilities, aligning with sales cycle efficiency and revenue operations. • Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to integrate AI and enhance end-to-end LTC processes. • Develop AI product roadmaps, ensuring "definition of ready" for tools that address process pain points and deliver measurable gains. • Establish KPIs for AI adoption within LTC, focusing on cycle time reduction, quote-to-close rates, and billing accuracy. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into existing platforms. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes (lead management, CPQ, CLM, order management, billing, etc.). • Expertise in AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI) applied to sales and revenue operations. • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
