Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in bench sales recruitment, specifically working with prime vendors.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for bench sales positions.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with prime vendors and understand their staffing requirements.
Maintain and manage a bench of qualified candidates.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements promptly.
Good experience working with H1Transfers and marketing OPT candidates.
