Interim - Director of Obstetrics

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring an Interim - Director of Obstetrics

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 7a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License
• 7 years of progressive healthcare experience
• Leadership/management experience within a healthcare service line
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Nursing (MSN), Health Care Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), or a related field
• BLS

Other Details:

• Responsible for all clinical and business operations of the designated service line, including business development, personnel management, fiscal management, strategic planning, physician recruitment, KPI development, contract management, and long-range planning
• Experience providing leadership within a union environment and managing labor partnerships
• Working knowledge of CMS, state regulatory, and accreditation requirements, plus quality improvement program leadership
• Strong organizational, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
• May float within the hospital and potentially between campuses; travelers are first to float
• References required
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius

The Pay Range for this position is $3,200.00 - $4,500.00. Please note that all pay rates are gross weekly pay estimates. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, shift, skill set, location and stipends, etc.
