The Role • Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems (HLS). • Address and resolve technical issues and conduct minor repairs within building technology. • Execute technical checks and functional controls according to established standards. • Oversee the technical building equipment. • Utilize digital tools for documenting all performed work. • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and on-site contacts. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic (SHK), gas and water installer, or heating and ventilation builder. • Cross-trade knowledge is advantageous. • Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken. • Strong service and customer orientation. • Willingness to participate in an on-call duty roster (with additional compensation). • A valid driver's license (Class B).
