The Role • Develop and implement marketing strategies, covering content, creative, and visual aspects. • Contribute to the conception and further development of innovative marketing and sales concepts, including brand and category management. • Plan and execute sales and communication strategies, including all B2C measures. • Create and analyze reports to measure marketing success. • Analyze and optimize product assortments, including assortment discussions, new product introductions, and merchandising advice. What You'll Need • (Technical) University Entrance Qualification (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales. • An economic mindset with good organizational skills. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative abilities. • Good to very good English language skills. • Prior knowledge in areas like CMS systems, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator is advantageous.
