Job Description

We are working with an established technology and product development consultancy based near Royston who are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of their ERP platform.

?This is a broad role covering system administration, reporting, troubleshooting and process improvement, with the opportunity to develop your technical skills across areas including Power BI, Power Automate and HubSpot.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer NetSuite users, roles and permissions, ensuring the system remains secure and effective
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage upgrades and oversee platform maintenance
  • Create and maintain workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports
  • Produce and present accurate reports to senior stakeholders, including business operations and leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support cross-functional system projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years' experience working with NetSuite or within a similar ERP administration role
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with teams across Finance, CRM, Projects, Marketing and senior leadership
  • Experience with reporting and data, with SQL and Power BI knowledge being particularly useful
  • An understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, Fixed Assets and CRM processes
  • Experience with SuiteScript, Celigo, HubSpot or NetSuite certifications would be advantageous, although full training is provided.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key business system while developing your technical and commercial understanding. You will join an organisation with strong support from its IT team and scope to broaden your experience across a range of business systems and projects.
