Manager_EU Reporting

The role requires critical thinking, hands on experience with Regulatory reporting & insurance accounting and capable of working with tight deadlines and lead closure of reporting timelines

• In depth Knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II reporting
• Knowledge of Regulatory reporting, technical accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements
• Manage tight deadlines and closure of reporting timelines
• Effectively balance quality, timeliness and accuracy standards
• Identify and implement enhancements and efficiencies
• Experience with financial reporting applications (Oracle BI, Essbase/HFM, Workiva)
• Proficiency in MS-excel, Power BI & MS PowerPoint
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels across the organization

• CA/CPA/MBA/Post-Graduate in Finance with 8-10 years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting (UKGAAP Reporting)
• Knowledge of Regulatory reporting concepts including accounting standards
• Understanding of Insurance, Solvency II principles
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power BI etc.)
• ERP’s such as Oracle, Wdesk etc.
