The Role • Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (110kV to 380kV). • Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount components such as high-voltage terminals, insulators, and other structural elements. • Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, including pipe and cable mounting. • Manage and update technical documentation for current projects. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification. • Proven experience in locksmithing or metal fabrication, preferably in construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a related field. • Ideally, experience working safely with electrical systems. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to job sites with a personal vehicle. • Readiness for regular on-site assignments, including overnight stays, throughout Northeast Germany. • Good German language skills and a self-motivated, responsible work ethic.
