Sr IT Security Engineer

Salary is 160k to 170k + bonus

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions to protect enterprise systems, applications, networks, and data.
• Monitor security events, alerts, and vulnerabilities using SIEM, EDR, and other security monitoring tools.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation activities to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain security controls, policies, procedures, and standards aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to implement secure configurations and strengthen overall security posture.
• Use scripting and automation, including Python, PowerShell, and SQL, to improve security monitoring, reporting, threat detection, and operational efficiency.
