Hiring: Distinguished AI Engineer

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years progressive Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, Cloud/Platform Engineering or AI/ML Infrastructure experience
• Strong experience building, scaling or transforming production platforms used across multiple teams
• Deep hands-on experience with several of:
  • LLM Platforms & Model Serving
  • AI Gateways & Model Routing
  • RAG, Embeddings & Vector Search
  • AI Agents & Tool Execution
  • AI Orchestration
  • LLMOps/MLOps
  • AI Evaluation & Observability
  • AI Security Controls
• Strong Distributed Systems & API/Platform Design
• Cloud-native architecture, Containers/Kubernetes
• Networking, IAM & Secrets Management
• Experience with reliability, scalability, performance, security and cost optimization
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience

The role focuses on enterprise AI platform engineering, including model access, RAG, agents, orchestration, evaluation, observability, LLMOps/MLOps and reusable AI platform capabilities.
