• Position Overview:*

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload, working directly with clients, and collaborating with colleagues on case strategy. The successful candidate will have the independence to handle cases with support from an experienced mentor and a well-trained staff.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Handle a range of cases in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and potentially other civil matters.
• Conduct discovery review and analysis.
• Prepare and argue pretrial motions and negotiate case resolutions.
• Participate in depositions, draft pleadings, and develop trial materials as needed.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients.
• Contribute to case discussions and strategy sessions with the team.

• Qualifications:*
• Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required).
• 0–3 years of experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana.
