Senior Analyst – Customer/Vendor and/or Material Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business/Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Master Data, Data Migration, and S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Business Partner, and/or Material Master data migration initiatives, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP data migration and data conversion activities for ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Work with Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Business Partner, and/or Material Master Data.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Gather business and data requirements from stakeholders and document migration requirements.
• Support end-to-end data migration activities, including:
  • Mock conversion cycles
  • Data extraction and preparation
  • Pre-load and post-load validation
  • Data reconciliation
  • Testing and defect resolution
  • Cutover and go-live readiness
  • Hypercare support
• Work with SAP MDG, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Migration Cockpit/HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Support Customer and Supplier onboarding and master data conversion activities.
• Work with Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Source-to-Settle/P2P business processes.
• Use SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, data quality checks, and migration readiness tracking.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, data, and cross-functional teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, SOX controls, audit requirements, and quality documentation.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support audit readiness throughout the SAP transformation program.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or SAP Data Migration Analyst.
• Strong experience with SAP Master Data, including Customer, Vendor/Supplier, Business Partner, and/or Material Master.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data Migration and Data Conversion.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG and Migration Cockpit/HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel.
• Understanding of OTC and P2P/Source-to-Settle processes.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and defect management.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, SOX, audit readiness, and regulated environments.
