Senior MDM Data Analyst | Hybrid | W2 Profiles

Role: Senior MDM Data Analyst – Customer / Vendor and/or Material Master

Location: Raritan, NJ - Hybrid

·       Business and Data Analyst with 10 years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and construction environments.

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner master data across ECC and S/4HANA, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and governance.

·       Experience supporting end-to-end migration activities, including requirements gathering, mock conversion cycles, pre-load and post-load validation, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, hypercare, and defect resolution.

·       Working knowledge of Source-to-Settle and Order-to-Cash data processes, with supplier onboarding, customer master conversion, sales order data transition, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

·       Reporting and analysis experience using SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel to extract legacy data, perform quality checks, identify issues, and communicate migration readiness and operational insights.

·       Regulated life-sciences experience supporting GxP validation, SOX controls, audit readiness, requirements traceability, and quality documentation within an SAP transformation program.
