Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) neue IMC / Intermediate Care Unit | Duisburg, Germany | On-site

We're hiring for a leading hospital group located on the left bank of the Rhine in Düsseldorf, specializing in surgery, orthopedics, and internal medicine. Join a dedicated team of around 640 employees committed to providing excellent patient care in a hospital renowned for its specialized centers and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

The Role

  • Take on demanding responsibilities with high professionalism, adhering to our nursing standards.
  • Contribute to the establishment and development of a modern Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) including a CPU unit.
  • Provide careful monitoring for patients requiring close observation, such as those undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Ensure comprehensive basic and advanced care for all patients.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our nursing work processes.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed training as a Registered Nurse or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, possess specialized training or be willing to obtain it in IMC, CPU, or Intensive & Anesthesia Care.
  • Work independently, with a structured approach, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in using IT systems with a high technical affinity.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, empathy, compassion, and a distinct service-oriented attitude.
