Job description

Wellways is seeking a Lived Experience Lead to embed lived experience principles across the Mental Health & Wellbeing Local Service in Bairnsdale and Orbost. You will report to the Operations Manager and support the lived experience workforce through supervision, learning and development, ensuring human rights and recovery-oriented care.

You will collaborate with leadership to ethically collect feedback, inform service improvements and strengthen connections with governance teams, fostering
