Workday Integration Specialist

### Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations Development, with strong expertise in Workday HCM and Financials modules.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Experience collaborating with functional stakeholders to gather integration requirements, prepare technical specifications, and design integration solutions.

- Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations using:

- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

- Core Connectors

- Document Transformation

- Workday Studio

- Strong understanding of integration technologies and web services, including:

- WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services standards

- XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java

- Knowledge of Workday integration security, including Integration System Users (ISU), PGP Keys, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

- Experience with data migration, integration development, custom report building, and calculated fields.

- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting integrations across both Workday HCM and Financials.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project deadlines, and deliver accurate results.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and collaboration skills.

### Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM and Financials.

- Work closely with business and functional teams to understand integration requirements.

- Develop and maintain EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations.

- Support inbound and outbound integrations using APIs and web services.

- Ensure integration security, data accuracy, and compliance with established standards.

- Troubleshoot integration failures and implement effective resolutions.

- Support data migration, reporting, calculated fields, and integration-related activities.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration delivery.
