IT Project Manager ServiceNow Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent ServiceNow and enterprise software initiatives. This role requires someone who can manage the full project lifecycle while remaining hands-on with testing, cutover, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and day-to-day coordination.

Location: Coppell, TX
Schedule: Hybrid onsite three days per week

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple software projects in different phases simultaneously

• Develop project plans, communication plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate developers, business users, vendors, and stakeholders

• Plan and manage UAT, including test scenarios, tester coordination, defect tracking, retesting, and signoff

• Develop cutover plans and coordinate go-live, deployment validation, and user readiness

• Facilitate requirements and design sessions

• Coordinate training documentation and stakeholder communications

• Track action items, document meeting outcomes, and keep projects moving

• Support vendor estimates, SOW processes, and implementation-partner coordination

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT or software implementation project management experience

• Hands-on experience managing UAT, defects, cutover, and go-live readiness

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Experience coordinating external vendors or implementation partners

• ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, ITOM, HAM, or SAM experience preferred

• Experience writing user stories is a plus
