As the Senior Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic & leader of leaders& driving operational excellence and high-touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client-facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world-class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors
Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support Establish and sustain a well-managed operating environment and deliver impactful results
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 9 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
At least 6 years of people leadership and performance management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree
Experience working within a major payment network
12+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
8+ years of people leadership and performance management experience
