Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Riverview, FL | Hybrid

The Role
• Lead the promotion of a specialty psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and account strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders across primary care and neurology settings.
• Apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to identify and capitalize on unique market opportunities.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access challenges.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to master and maintain product knowledge, evidenced by successful certification exams.
• Strong self-starter mentality with a tenacious work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to embrace change and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills for goal setting and business objective alignment.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the assigned territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $126,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $40,500.
