Are you an experienced Life Insurance or Protection Sales professional looking for your next opportunity?
Join an established independent business experiencing an exciting period of growth. You ll be joining a successful team in a modern office environment, with excellent transport links and a genuine opportunity to earn up to £65,000 OTE.

The Role

• Sell Life Insurance and Protection products from leading UK providers
• Work with warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Build strong client relationships and provide a consultative sales approach
• Negotiate effectively and work towards agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and operate within FCA/compliance guidelines
• Ensure customers needs and best interests remain at the heart of every sale

About You

• At least 12 months experience selling Life Insurance or Protection
• Strong advisory and consultative sales knowledge
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Confident communicating with customers over the telephone
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional, motivated and driven to succeed

What s on Offer?

• £30,000 basic salary + Uncalled OTE circa £65,000
• Monday Friday 9:00am/9.30am 5:30pm / 6:00pm
