Job Description
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM, and WIP.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles.
- Experience in production support, system enhancements, and integration projects.
- At least 2 support project experiences; full-cycle implementation experience is preferred.
- Strong functional configuration, solution design, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle tables and AOL objects.
- Resolve production issues, support business users, and coordinate with clients and ERP project teams on enhancements and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work in shifts as required.
